Return + Exchange Policy​

We’re all about good vibes - and that includes making sure you love your Coal and Canary purchase! That said, we only offer exchanges on defective or unused products with proof of purchase (receipt required).

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you received a product that’s defective or damaged, we’ll happily exchange it for the same item. Please send an email to info@coalandcanary.com with your receipt and a photo or video showing the issue so we can make it right.
Sale Items
​
Sale and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange. Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange under the policy above.

Shipping for Exchanges
​
Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned items. Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.

Gifts
​
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit in the form of an online promo code once we receive the item back.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Sale Pricing Policy
​
Items purchased before or after a promotional sale - whether online or in-store — are not eligible for price adjustments. Sale pricing only applies during the active promotion window.

Incorrect Shipping Address
​
Please double-check your shipping info! If an order is placed with missing or incorrect shipping details, a $10 service fee will be charged in addition to the original shipping cost.
